Heart of Hope Homemaker and Companion Services, LLC is a non-medical agency with over a decade of experience in the homecare field. We are located in the beautiful Lake County, FL. We understand how important it is to remain independent at home. We at Heart of Hope would like for you to be comfortable in your home, while you receive the care you need. We assist with supervision with activities of daily living, meal preparation, medication reminders, care management, companion sitting, and more. Our services range from a minimum of 2-24 hour care. We are licensed with the State of Florida and comply with all State and Federal laws. We currently service Citrus, Lake, Marion, and Sumter counties.
