We are excited to introduce Heart of Hope Testing & Wellness, a service division of Heart of Hope focused on providing convenient, professional specimen collection services.
We understand that getting to a laboratory isn't always easy—especially for seniors, individuals with mobility challenges, or those who depend on caregivers for transportation.
Our goal is simple:
To bring convenience, compassion, and professionalism to the specimen collection experience.
OUR CURRENT SERVICES
Mobile Blood Draws
Heart of Hope Testing & Wellness provides mobile blood specimen collection for routine laboratory testing when an appropriate laboratory order is provided. Our service is designed for routine, commonly ordered laboratory tests. We do not currently specialize in or accommodate specialty laboratory collections. A physician or authorized healthcare provider's order is required.
Urine Specimen Collection
We also provide urine specimen collection for routine laboratory testing when an appropriate laboratory order is provided. Heart of Hope Testing & Wellness collects the specimen; laboratory testing is performed by the designated laboratory.

Laboratory orders can vary, and we encourage clients, caregivers, and healthcare providers to contact us before scheduling so we can review the requested collection and determine whether we can accommodate it.

HOW TO BOOK YOUR COLLECTION
Step 1 — Call Us First
Contact Heart of Hope Testing & Wellness to discuss your requested collection and determine whether we can accommodate your laboratory order.
Step 2 — Review Your Order & Fees
We will review the requested routine laboratory collection, explain the service, and discuss applicable collection fees and requirements.
Step 3 — Confirm Your Appointment
Once the service details have been reviewed, we will arrange your mobile collection appointment.
Step 4 — Provide Your Laboratory Order
Your physician or authorized healthcare provider must provide the appropriate laboratory order.
Healthcare providers: Please call us before faxing laboratory orders. We will review pricing, service details, coverage, and applicable collection fees with you before an order is sent.
Step 5 — Complete Your Collection
A Heart of Hope Testing & Wellness professional will provide the scheduled specimen collection service at the confirmed location.
Important Billing Information
Laboratory testing may be billed to the client's insurance by the appropriate laboratory.
Please note that Heart of Hope Testing & Wellness charges a separate specimen collection/service fee, which is not covered by insurance. Insurance coverage and laboratory requirements may vary. Please call us before scheduling with questions about applicable fees, insurance, laboratory orders, or collection requirements.
