A: Our services are available for durations ranging from a minimum of 2 hours to a maximum of 24 hours, providing flexibility to meet your needs.

Q: Do you comply with state and federal regulations?

A: Yes. We fully comply with all state and federal regulations, ensuring reliable and trustworthy service for you or your loved one.

 

Q: Do you provide medical or nursing care?

A: Heart of Hope provides non-medical home care services, We focus on daily living support, companionship, and personal assistance.

Q: Who provides the care?

A: Our caregivers are carefully selected, trained, and background checked to ensure compassionate, professional, and reliable service for every client.

 

Q: What regions do you provide services in?

A: We provide services in Citrus, Lake, Marion, and Sumter counties in Florida.

 

Q: Do you offer short-term and long-term care?

A: Yes. We provide both temporary support and long-term ongoing services.

​Q: How much do services cost?

A: Rates vary based on the type of service, schedule, and level of care required.

Q. Is there an initial care assessment fee?

A. Yes. A one-time care assessment & personalized care plan fee is included in your first week of services. This professional assessment allows us to evaluate needs, safety concerns, preferences, and goals so we can create customized care plans. Because this service includes dedicated planning and documentation time, the assessment fee is nonrefundable.

Q. What payment methods are accepted?

A.  We accept checks, credit/debit cards, invoicing, and digital payments such as Venmo. Processing fees may apply to card or digital payments.

Q.Do you accept private pay?

A. Yes Heart Of Hope is a private pay home care provider. Payment is typically made directly by client or family.

​

Q. Do you accept long-term care insurance?

A. Yes many clients use long-term care insurance policies to reimburse for our services while we are a private pay agency, we provide all invoices and care documentation needed for insurance reimbursement.

 

Q. How does long-term care insurance work with your services?

A. Clients pay Heart of Hope directly and we assist with the submitting the paperwork to the insurance company for client reimbursement.

Q. Do you accept Medicaid or Medicare?

A. We primarily provide private-pay services, but may accept Medicaid clients through Single case agreements when authorized by Medicaid. Please contact us for details. We do not accept Medicare. 

​

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. We ask for advance notice when possible. Specific cancellation guidelines are outlined in your service agreement.

Q. What if I am not satisfied with services?

A. Client satisfaction is very important  to us. If concerns arise, we encourage immediate communication  so we can resolve issues quickly and adjust care as needed.
